The interior layout includes a primary bedroom, living area with a couch, entertainment center with a television and stereo system, full kitchen with an island sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as a full bathroom. This unit shows significant water intrusion, rotten storage flooring, and delamination across multiple exterior panels and roof sections. Additionally, the interior floor is soft, the front-right wall shows water damage.
