This 2014 Heartland Big Country 3450TS travel trailer is in poor condition and requires significant restoration. The unit has sustained permanent damage from extreme smoke stains that have penetrated the walls, ceiling, and carpets, leaving an overwhelming odor. The interior features stained and damaged upholstery, a ripped couch, a stained mattress, and smoke-damaged curtains and blinds. The refrigerator and stove show signs of wear and permanent stains, while the bathroom moulding has water damage. The exterior has delamination on the right side body panels, and the awnings are ripped. While the unit is towable and equipped with slides, it is in need of extensive repairs and cleaning to restore its functionality and appearance.
