The trailer is fitted with air conditioning, heating, and an AM/FM/CD stereo system for added comfort and entertainment. While the unit is generally in good condition and ready for travel, it does have some cosmetic imperfections, including scratches on the exterior, a missing sliding door, a broken TV, and minor interior wear such as a hole in the bedroom cabinets and a stained couch.
